Today I was speaker at the event BELONGING AT WORK powered by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

I explained what means belonging at work and what does it represents meaning at work.

Belonging at work refers to the feeling of being included, valued, and accepted in the workplace. When employees feel like they belong, they are more likely to be engaged, motivated, and committed to their work. They feel comfortable expressing their opinions, ideas, and concerns, and are more likely to collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the organization.

In addition, leaders and managers play a crucial role in creating a sense of belonging in the workplace. They can do this by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching, demonstrating empathy and respect, and promoting an inclusive culture.
