On April 3rd, the story of the Invisibles reached Suceava through the round-table “𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 & 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬” organized by Asociația The Social Incubator with the support of Provident Financial Romania.

It was more than just an event. It was an honest dialogue about real people — elderly unemployed, informal workers, single-parent families — those who often remain under the radar.

I was truly grateful for the openness, engagement and genuine desire to make a change shown by everyone present.

Through the INVISIBLES program, over 1,700 people have received tangible support:
·       employability and financial education workshops
·       vocational counselling and job market mediation
·       professional qualification courses
·       psychological support

And we’re not just talking about numbers.
We’re talking about regained confidence, dignity and a second chance.

I’m proud that, together with dedicated partners and local authorities, we are building bridges between needs and solutions — not only in Suceava, but across many counties in Romania.

We believe every person matters.
And when people feel seen, they gain hope and confidence.
