Hosted at the Romanian Permanent Representation to the EU, by HE Iulia Matei, co-organized by the offices of the trailblazer MEP Dan Barna and MEP Ilhan Kyuchyuk, the Black Sea Strategic Approach event was an amazing tour de force, showing once again the strong commitment of Commissioner Marta Cos to push through the Enlargement process in a way that is meaningful to the people, the vision and ambition of Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Oana Țoiu, and the firm consensus across all leading European political families, with insightful key remarks from Victor NEGRESCU (S&D), Andrej Halicki (EPP), and Bernard Guetta (Renew).
