It was a simple and honest moment, with more than 1500 colleagues joining both in person and online. We took time to reflect on where we are, where we want to go, and most importantly, how we choose to get there.

We discussed five values that should shape how we work together:

* Trust – building genuine relationships through consistency and responsibility
* Fairness – striving for balance and transparency in decisions
* Care – being present and supportive, without replacing others’ ownership
* Creativity – having the courage to explore, experiment and adapt
* Integrity – aligning what we say, what we do, and the choices we make

These principles are not meant to be aspirational statements. They are daily tools — a compass for decision-making, especially in a fast-changing environment.

I also stressed the importance of open dialogue, even when it leads to disagreement. Challenging the way things are done, respectfully and constructively, is not a weakness. It’s how we evolve.

Thank you to everyone who contributed. We have a long way ahead, but we’re building the right foundations.
