I had a wonderful time moderating the panel discussion about copyright implementation in Europe, AI & the DSA, during the CEPIC Centre of the Picture Industry Congress in Juan-les-Pins. Many thanks to my fellow panelists whose diverse backgrounds made the discussion so insightful! Elmir Huremović, the General Manager of Federalna novinska agencija – FENA, Stéphanie Pochon, Avisa Partners, Creativity Works! secretariat, Marie-Avril Roux Steinkühler, IP lawyer, Mars IP, Christophe Walter-Petit, legal counsel, AFP News Agency and Octav Ganea, Managing Partner at Romanian press photo agency Inquam Photos.
It was an intense day during the Congress, meeting very interesting people on behalf of EANA – The European Alliance of News Agencies. I truely believe that opening up to the stakeholder environment is really important to any organization’s evolution. Cooperation is key!
Many thanks to Sylvie Fodor, Christina Vaughan & CEPIC management team for the wonderful partnership!
