🎤 Last week I had the opportunity to speak about the Invisibles program (www.invizibilii.ro) in a round table organized by Asociația The Social Incubator in Sfantu-Gheorghe.

👉 The program coordinated by Provident Financial Romania reached in less than one year more than 1100 beneficiaries from 8 counties of Romania providing support to vulnerable categories such as elderly unemployed, informal workers and single parent families.

📍 The event, that gathered representatives of local authorities, civil society, trade unions and local employers, aimed to stimulate synergies and collective commitment in the Covasna community, in order to identify viable solutions for socio-professional inclusion.

🤝 Furthermore, the event occasioned an offer for pro-bono matchmaking services between local employers and beneficiaries from the Invisibles program, meant to enhance the impact in the community and speed up the professional reintegration of vulnerable people.
