👉 This week, at the Sibiu Prefecture, we successfully concluded our round table series for this year on the Invisibles program (www.invizibilii.ro). 🌟
📍 We had a full house with authorities, employers, and NGOs from Sibiu County, coming together to discuss the challenges and solutions for the social and professional reintegration of elderly unemployed individuals, informal workers, and single-parent families. 🤝
🙌 The debate provided a good opportunity to create connections and bridges, matching the needs of our program’s beneficiaries with local employers.
This was the final round table of 2024, following our sessions in Galați, Sfântu-Gheorghe and Pitești.
We look forward to creating dialogue contexts in other communities next year to enhance the program’s infrastructure and the support we provide.
