#LocalDemocracy is one of the key drivers of societal resilience across hashtag#WiderEurope. Looking at the #localelections in #Georgia we are reminded that #localcommunities have the strength and determination to keep fighting for empowerement and representation and will be the determinant force of their countries democratic and European future. It’s a permanent struggle thou, against centralizing tendencies and sometimes repressive circumstances. These were some of the impressions we shared looking all across hashtag#EuropeanUnion and neighbouring countries, with lessons learned in local democracy and hashtag#societalresilience in hashtag#Ukraine, hashtag#Moldova, hashtag#Romania or hashtag#Albania.
