I’m incredibly proud of my team, which has an average age of just 25. These talented Gen Z professionals have graduated with top honors from prestigious universities across Western Europe, including the UK, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. With experience ranging from one to nearly four years, it’s inspiring to see how many of them started as interns with us.

We’ve created a unique internal academy for public affairs, and we’re competing at the highest level in Central and Eastern Europe. This journey wouldn’t be possible without the mentorship I received from Laura Florea, Ileana Neamțu, when I was still
in my 20s, and Nadia Crisan later on in my 30s, who believed in me when I was starting my career.

While I might not be the easiest team player or a traditional coach, I strive to lead by example and contribute to our collective success. I’m grateful for the seasoned experts on our team, like Vladimir Alexandru M., Petru Filip Ph.D, Margareta Mucibabici (Chesaru) and Guy Burrow, who has been a pioneer in public affairs since 1995 in Romania.
