You know that feeling when, on top of your energy and enthusiasm as a speaker, you also encounter a large audience with even greater energy, openness, and desire to learn more, provoke good discussions, and hear different perspectives?! I was invited to attend an HP event – AI & Automation Summit in Bucharest – and share my perspective on the Future of Work in the AI reality. We did research, and I shared some intriguing perspectives, I would say. And it’s not that they all agreed with what I was saying – some maybe did not – but the future should not be about consensus. We should be talking about possibilities, not just one single future. We should be looking at it as a collage, not just one image. And their reactions, questions, and perspectives were well aligned to that!
