We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Call for Applications for the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) Exchange Program, in partnership with the Political Research Group (PRG).

Program Dates: September 10–19, 2025

Destinations: Washington, D.C. & Colorado, USA

This prestigious exchange program offers emerging Romanian leaders the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with the American political system at the federal, state, and local levels. The visit includes high-level discussions with U.S. elected officials, policy experts, campaign professionals, think tanks, and community leaders, combined with cultural and networking experiences.

Who can apply?

• Aged 25–40 (one group leader may be over 40)

• Elected officials, political party representatives, policymakers, or activists

• Fluent in English

• With limited or no prior professional travel to the U.S.

Logistics managed by ACYPL, with PRG coordinating Romanian delegate selection. Participants are responsible for reimbursing the cost of their international flight and a small administrative fee.

This program has a powerful alumni network, including prime ministers, U.S. Cabinet members, parliamentarians, and governors. Will you be next?
