I will be at United States Military Academy West Point in February to present one of the ideas from my PhD thesis: the impact of international interventions in redesigning the new world order and the determinism between the two.

The seminar ”Order, Counter-Order, Disorder? Regional and Global Security Orders in the Shadow of Sino-American Competition”, is organised by the Department of Social Sciences at West Point, the Centre for Security, Diplomacy, and Strategy at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and the MESO Lab of the Ohio State University in support of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Chairman’s Action Group.

The most important aspect of this seminar is that will result with a special report for the Chairman’s Action Group taking stock of the state of the current international order, prospects for its future, and implications for strategic planning at the national and multilateral levels.

Principal motivating news for 2023: I couldn’t have chosen a better space and time to expose my research and to put it at the service of a critical debate of the moment.
