The past year, and particularly the last 3 months, have been chaotic for us, like the world we are living in. But in the context of Smartlink @ 10, Radu @ 40 and the July kick off of #ELIglobal , I am happy to announce a personal commitment of 50% of my time on people/ individual growth, on human capital development. Why? Because a timely investment in current and future leaders is a must. Leadership „resilience” is not a given, so I will do my best to help locally and globally people and organisations, in my leadership and strategic communications niche.
