Yesterday was a wonderful experience as Art Safari, the National Heritage Institute, the Village Museum, and the Department of Religions unveiled an exceptional exhibition titled „The Most Beautiful Traditions.” Attendees were treated to a remarkable collection of masks, which are rarely seen in exhibitions, alongside stunning icons and seasonal-themed paintings by artists ranging from Matisse to Ion Mirea and Viorel Marginean.
We were further enchanted by the beautiful carols performed by the Tronos Choir and the Dubasii from Petriș. Not only did they sing, but they also captivated us with the incălciță, a male dance characterized by exceptional choreography. The delicious cakes crafted by the ladies from Cugir were a delightful treat, and the traditional music group Pastratorii from Cugir enthralled us with their angelic voices.
A heartfelt thank you to Oana Zaharia, Ioana Ciocan, and Paula Popoiu—thanks to you, the traditional Ariel series commenced earlier this year, allowing the magic of carols to brighten our days ahead.
