Last year the National Institute of Patrimony has invited us to discuss best practice in EU countries in projects developed around castle and mansions. This year, Oana Zaharia who is leading the work of the institute has invited the IFC experts to discuss about challenges in involving the private sector in restoration of historical monuments. Besides the very challenging discussions, for me it was a pleasure to re-connect with the IFC colleagues. I am sure we will see a very successful project shortly, which will become a model in the region. Thank you Oana and congratulations for the event!
